The College of Education seeks to achieve excellence by guiding individuals as they develop the proficiency, expertise, and leadership consistent with their professional roles. Fully accredited by NCATE and the Georgia Professional Standards Commission, the College of Education supports 16 undergraduate and 24 graduate programs, many leading to initial and advanced educator certification. By creating opportunities for excellence, the College of Education prepares highly qualified candidates who promote high standards of education and professional excellence.
