Cancellation/Refund Policies
All cancellations and requests for refunds will be subject to a $20.00 administrative fee and must be received by March 3, 2010. Requests should be mailed to The Center for Quality Teaching and Learning. No refunds will be given after March 3, 2010; however, participant substitutions can be made.
