Dr. Gregory BlalockAssistant Professor, College of Education and Health ProfessionsOffice: Jordan Hall 348 Education: University of New Mexico Specialty Areas: Special Education Brief Bio: Greg Blalock received his Ph.D. in 2008 from the University of New Mexico under Dr. Julia Scherba de Valenzuela. He is currently Assistant Professor of Special Education and teaches at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. His background includes working with students with disabilities within both the school and home settings as well as the use of assistive technology to enhance learning and daily living. His current research interests include supporting students with developmental disabilities within the general education classroom, establishing school-wide systems that support all students, and teacher development and induction. |
